Before registering please read through the HANDBOOK to familiarize yourself with how the Confirmation Program operates. How to register for the OMGC Confirmation class. Please follow all steps.
Download and fill out the necessary forms that can be found below in the “Confirmation Packet”. These forms include:
mail them via P.O. to: 2060 N. Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90027
Drop them off in the mailbox slot at the parish office door.
Click on your respective REGISTRATION FORM link to provide your basic information such as name, emails, address, etc.…
Click on the INTERVIEW link to sign up for a Zoom interview with John. The student and at least one parent must attend. If none of these times/dates work, please email John immediately.
Payment of $200 can be in the form of a check or cash and must be dropped off at the OMGC Parish office in a sealed envelope with student’s name on the front along with the signed forms.
Additionally, for the first time we are accepting card payment online.
